Resilience has changed interventions in fragile contexts by shifting the focus on effects and their resolution. Therefore, resilience is sometimes described as a post-interventionist approach. The ACP research on the topic concentrates on the role of resilience in the further development of global security and peacebuilding policies, with special attention to the dissemination of the approach in the Global South. As a concrete example for trying to strengthen, the ACP is concerned with the so-called HDP (Humanitarian-Development-Peace)-Nexus and its implementation especially in countries with ongoing armed conflicts.
